How to make a paper balloon step by step

How interesting it is to see the kids doing small DIY and crafts at home in their free time.

Here we will explain how to make a paper balloon or paper ball with an A4 paper and a few easy folds.

Let's start

Steps to make an origami balloon 

step 1

Take a square of paper

fold it into two

step 2

fold in the direction of arrow, then unfold

step 3

fold points A and B upwards and backwards along the dotted lines and unfold them.

                                           

step 4

open the shape slighly and thrust point B inside shape

                                          

step 5

your shape will look like this.

                                          

step 6

Now thrust the point A inside the shape as you did with point B

                                             

step 7

Now fold the right and left upper flaps upward along the dotted lines.

your shape will look like this

Again fold the right and left flaps upward along the dotted lines

your shape will look like this

Now fold both the right and left corners of the upper flap inside along the dotted lines...

Again fold both the right and left corners inside as you did in stage 11

step 14

now fold both the top front flaps downwards along the dotted lines make creases and unfold them.

                                             

step 15

Now, tuck both the top flaps in to the triangular pockets as shown. To do this open the triangular pockets with your fingers and slip the top corners deed inside.

                                                

step 16

repeat step no 14 and 15 with other side also.

                                                 

step 17

Fold left half of the upper flap along the dotted line so that it overlaps the right half. Repeat the same step with backside also.

                                                

step 18

Blow up the balloon.
